This car was sold by us to local customer back in 2010 as a BMW manufacturer buyback back than. The car was reaquired as a buyback by BMW NA and we bought it from them. The buyback issue was taken care of prior to us buying the car from BMW NA, and we sold it to our customer, who immedeately after purchasing from us brought it to the local BMW dealer to ensure there was no issue with it since the car was still under the factory warranty. She has owned and had it since. She just traded it back in for a new one.
